A living space suspended in time, an expression of warm minimalism in symbiosis with nature. The project focuses on remodeling space to optimize quality of life. In House AB, the main challenge was to revolutionize client flows and habits by creating bright and airy rooms with a focus on natural light.
The implementation of skylights and patios not only intensifies interior brightness, but also creates a fluid connection between inside and outside. Partition elements, such as visual filters, are designed to maintain privacy without compromising spatial continuity. The choice of materials is geared toward increasing the perception of materiality in contrast to the natural light that permeates each room.
The project covers an area of 400 square meters with pathways designed to enhance the emotional component of the spaces, especially the winter garden, which offers natural light and a backdrop of exotic plants for a holiday atmosphere.
Living and kitchen are conceived as a single room, but thanks to the modularity of the custom-made furniture, the kitchen can create private areas while maintaining clean lines. The living wall connects the open space and different functions, featuring a central stone module that encloses the fireplace and wine cellar. The dining area is defined by a custom table and a suspended island in Biancone di Trani stone.
