All’inizio del progetto, ci incontreremo per conoscere i vostri obiettivi e le vostre esigenze progettuali. Vi mostreremo il nostro mondo e saremo ben lieti di discutere le varie possibilità d’intervento all’interno del vostro budget.
At the beginning of your project, we’ll meet you to learn a bit more about your design goals and needs. We will provide an overview of council controls and discuss possibilities within your budget.
Rilievi + Documentazione / Existing Measure-Up + Documentation
Tutte le informazioni inerenti allo spazio e alle aree interessate sono fondamentali per la fase di analisi al progetto. In caso non dovesse esserci un’accurata documentazione, sarà opportuno rilevare le misure e documentare il sito/spazio. Sarà opportuno stabilire sin da subito le attività ed i servizi da attribuire all’intervento indicandone costi e compensi.
We will organise a thorough measure-up which will document the existing building size, construction type and how the house relates to its’ surrounding properties.
A full survey will also be required at this stage.
Concept Design / Design Concept
Dopo aver analizzato tutte le informazioni inerenti al progetto e alla tipologia di attività che andremo a svolgere, cominceremo ad analizzare l’idea progettuale e ad esplorare le fasi successive d’intervento. Una volta che avremo comprensione del progetto, saremo in grado di fornire dei pareri sui probabili costi. Le idee fornite in questa fase saranno parte integrante del progetto.
Once we have an understanding of your project, we begin exploring concepts and a corresponding opinion of probable costs. Ideas explored during this phase provide a frame work for the more concrete design decisions that will be made once a scheme is selected.

Durante la fase di sviluppo del progetto, si va dallo studio più concettuale e astratto a quello tecnico e di fattibilità. Saremo in grado di fornirvi degli elaborati tecnici come planimetrie, sezioni, prospetti, viste 3d e vi illustreremo lo studio dei materiali con i primi accenni illuminotecnici.
During the design development phase, we go from the more conceptual and abstract design possibilities to the specific detail. We will finalise the floor plans and select architectural features and finishes. If planning approval is required we will submit it on your behalf.

Una volta definita la prima fase progettuale, si può procedere con la fase esecutiva del progetto. Questa fase viene condotta il più delle volte in concomitanza o subito prima dello svolgimento dei lavori. In questa fase vengono definiti i preventivi di spesa e tutte le tipologie di impianti da inserire nel progetto. Questa fase comprenderà anche la finalizzazione dei dettagli architettonici, delle finiture e degli infissi.
Once defined the first design phase, we can proceed with the executive phase. This step is carried out often in conjunction or immediately before the execution of the work. In this phase we know the cost of the job and all types of facilities to be included in the project. In this step we also include the finalization of architectural details, finishes and fixtures.
Supervisione dei lavori e Direzione Artistica / On-site creative and Design coordination
Nel corso della realizzazione, continueremo a visionare le opere realizzate dagli esecutori e controlleremo che tutto venga eseguito nel miglior modo possibile. Sarà opportuno effettuare degli Incontri periodici presso il cantiere, organizzati per mantenere una linea aperta di comunicazione tra maestranze committenti ed il nostro studio.
During construction, we will continue to visit the work site and the works created by the company workers. We will check that everything is done in the best possible way. It will be appropriate to conduct periodic meetings at the worksite, for organize and to keep an open line of communication between clients, workers and our studio.
